Since our founder has over 22 years of experience placing and restoring implants, we have all the expertise you may need in these case to make them predictable and profitable.
Same-day teeth services include being able to send a technician to your practice to produce a bridge on site.
Abutments
A variety of abutment options are available to clinicians through 4D Ceramix.
Stock or custom, metal or ceramic, we’ve got the right abutment for the case. Our technicians are knowledgeable and experienced with today’s implant systems and can assist in abutment selection.
Thanks to our sister company, ISD Digital, being on the same site, we have access to thousands of implant components within easy reach. As a result we can ensure a fast turnaround for surgeons sending cases regularly.
For implants in difficult to restore positions, we offer custom-fabricated abutments using CAD:CAM or conventional techniques as well as angled-screw dynamic abutments.
Screw-retained
4D Ceramix offers a variety of screw-retained options for single-unit as well as larger restorations.
This includes traditional milled bars from a variety of materials such as Co/Cr and Ti as well as PEEK. The teeth can be made in acrylic, zirconia, hybrid ceramics or high-strength polymers dependent on the case.
Screw-retained restorations are commonly used to restore “all-on-X” cases.
We work with both experienced and novice implant surgeons. We can work with ALL major implant systems, and also assist in the restoration of some older fixtures or less-known systems.
Overdenture
Overdentures can be produced to fit over a bar or to work directly with precision attachments.
We work with the best products to offer the best results. At 4D we have a relationship with a variety of companies to be able to provide compatible components to save money for our clients.
We have created custom workflows to be able to produce digitally designed overdentures that can be milled, or 3D printed. Our technicians have the skill to make these cases look truly realistic. See our blog for more information.
