Crown & Bridge

Discover our expert Crown & Bridge services to seamlessly restore your case.

New developments in ceramic engineering and CAD:CAM technology provide significant benefits for both the patient and the dental practice. We are committed to providing our clients with the best systems in the world, and the details necessary to achieve success with these systems.

Zirconia

4D Ceramix provides an economical and efficient solution for posterior restorations when strength is important.

With these high strength all-ceramic crowns, you can provide your patients the materials to withstand severe para-functional activity and avoid metal restorations. The full-contoured, monolithic, zirconia crown or bridge contains no porcelain overlay. It is glazed with a smooth surface and functions optimally in the posterior.

Having moved away from the original opaque zirconia, our restorations tend to be made from multi-layered products that provide a degree of translucency, that can be monolithic or layered.

Benefits include: superior strength, a smooth metal-free finish to the gum line, bio-compatible medical-grade zirconia, and, CAD/CAM fabrication for a consistent fit.

Hybrid ceramics

4D Ceramix provides a high-tech, aesthetic material that is ideal in tooth wear cases or in cases where the patient is known to be a bruxist.

Hybrid ceramics are milled materials that are available in monochromatic and polychromatic versions. They can be used on teeth as well as on implants all around the mouth. They allow for easy adjustments and repairs in the mouth where needed as well as having the benefit of being metal-free.

Glass Ceramics

The aesthetic demands of dental patients have been increasing through the years. The Glass Ceramic family of materials can meet this demand. These restorations offer high translucency, natural vitality, and, excellent marginal integrity.

We can offer feldspathic, milled materials; zirconia-reinforced lithium silicate or lithium disilicates.

At 4D Ceramix, glass ceramic crowns and bridges are designed and milled in-house for a more efficient and faster service.

Temporary restoration

In some cases it is useful to be able to provide a short, medium, or long-term temporary or provisional restoration. This could be on teeth or implants.

At 4D Ceramix we have composite-reinforced materials for long-term provisional solutions and also PMMA for short-medium term solutions.

We can mill these as monochromatic or layered after digital design which can be based upon a pre-op plan. These can be offered as shell structures for chairside reline or full contour.

Digital Precious Metal

Rarely requested these days, these restorations hold up through the trials of normal function and para-function.

Our full gold, or solid metal alloy crowns have a history of success, providing strength in the posterior region with minimal preparation.

They are digitally designed for consistent quality results.
